How We Can Help The Families

Welcome to our family support page! This page is designed to help meet the needs of each of our families that have a child/teen either in treatment, in remission, or have unfortunately lost a child/teen to cancer.

We can help design specific needs that your family is in need of. In addition, we also have uplifting ideas listed below that we can offer for every child or teen in our Nellie's Kids/Teen Club!

Everyone child and teen should be able to smile, be silly, and have special bonding experiences!

• Care Package
  Everyone loves opening the door and seeing a package on their doorstep addressed to them and to rip it open filled with goodies! If this would brighten your son or daughters day please fill out the form.
  
  
• Hats for Boys
  Be sure to put the type of hat the boy would like and we would fint in the comments box of the form.
  
  
• Fashionable Flower Knitted Hats for Girls
  

  We have these fashionable hats specially made that have a cute flower attached to them made please select from the following colors: pink, white, baby blue, orange, yellow, purple

• Lunch with Nellie
  

  Nellie likes to spend one on one time with each family and find fun way to bond with each child or teen in our program! Nellie can bring the lunch of the club member's choice to the hospital, their school, or your home!

• Family Activity
  

  Family time is so important, especially when going through a journey like cancer. We believe making memories is so important and want to try our best to assist your family.

• Hospital Visit from Nellie
  

  Being cooped up in a hospital room can tend to be tiring and somewhat boring. Nellie would love to come visit to make a craft, play a game, coloring, or just talking!

• Homemade Meal for my Family
  

  The day coming home from the hospital after treatment can be stressful and the last thing you want to worry about is what is for dinner. We have a team of volunteer cooks that would love to deliver a yummy home cooked meal to your family!

• The Ultimate Build-A-Bear Experience
  

  Everyone has grown to love build-a-bear and we believe every child and teen in our program should be able to specially make a fluffy friend!

• Other
  

  We are always looking to continue to grow and be able to serve all of our families and meet their needs accordantly. If we have left something off this list of requests, please don't hesitate to suggest them to us. We will do our very best to be able to make the suggestions happen!
